A Small Event Venue with History

Built in 1946, The Loft at Driskell’s provides the perfect atmosphere for that special event in your life. No matter what your preferences might be, our historical venue can be the perfect setting, casual or elegant, as it offers that southern charm and distinct, vintage character.  Located in the middle of Byrneville, Florida, let us be your backdrop as you host your celebration.  Our open floor event space can accommodate up to 80 "mingling" guests.  Our large prep kitchen is available for you or your caterers to utilize.

Our venue offers everything you need to create that charming occasion you and your guests will always remember. We can’t wait to become a part of your special event. At The Loft at Driskell's, after each use of our facility we will clean and sanitize all areas to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

RATES:

7 DAYS A WEEK…..

$160 (plus tax) for up to 6 Hours Of Use, Plus $60 REFUNDABLE Cleanup/Damage fee. Additional hours may be added for $25 an hour. RENTAL FEE INCLUDES ALL TABLES/CHAIRS

~Allow 5 to 7 days to receive back your REFUNDABLE FEE~

OUTSIDE LICENSED CATERING IS ALLOWED


Venue rental includes full use of facility, fully equipped kitchen, tables/chairs, 3 stainless chafing pans with lids (you provide the fuel cans), fairy lit backdrop curtain and coffee bar. 

We also offer props to rent.  Please see OPTIONAL ADD-ONS below and/or PICTURES of each in the Venue Gallery provided if interested in renting.

CASH ONLY and due in full at time of issued reservation. Reservations are NOT secured until payment is made in full and paperwork is completed and returned.


CANDLES AREN'T ALLOWED to decorate with. Flameless candles are a great alternative!

RENTAL FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT AND RETURNED WITH FULL PAYMENT IN ORDER TO RESERVE YOUR DESIRED DATE. FORMS CAN BE MAILED TO YOU UPON REQUEST OR YOU MAY PICK THEM UP FROM THE LOFT AT DRISKELL'S FROM THE BLACK MAILBOX MARKED "FORMS" AND LOCATED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VENUE.


Attendees: Space Capacity seats 65 comfortably and 80 Maximum for mixing and mingling.

Amenities:  Fully functional kitchen, hot water, LED lit coffee bar area with commercial coffee pot & Keurig maker, stove/oven, microwave, 3 stainless chafing pans (you provide the fuel), tables, white folding chairs, refrigerator/freezer (you provide ice), restroom, loft style sitting room, backdrop curtain with fairy lights, 2 A/C units, space heaters, outdoor string lights, large grassy parking area located on the right side of the venue.

Additional Info:  Six, 8 ft. long tables (30X96), one 6 ft. narrow table (18X72), one 6 ft. long table (28 X 72), two 6 ft. long tables (29 1/2 X 72), 75 white folding chairs, 1700 sq. ft. building, 1085 sq. ft. of historical main event floor space, loft style sitting area, LED lit coffee bar, outdoor string lights, fairy lit backdrop curtain for creating that special ambience and ready for you to personalize, as well as, 77 year old architectural charm.​
